Job Summary
This is a high level Design position. The position requires developing cost effective design solutions in the developmental stages of a project. You will compete specialized Design of complex mechanisms, and processes of equipment installations. Specifies materials, components, heat treatments, and manufacturing methods. Assist with purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, and service procurement fabrication and assembly, troubleshooting and start up of machinery processes.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in the “engineer to order” machine industry
- HVAC, Piping, Pumps background is a must
- Converting, printing, plastics, packaging industry is preferred
- While the position is Mechanical Design in nature, an electrical background is very helpful
- Solidworks
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
