Direct Start is a professional placement firm with a focus on positions that lead to full time permanent work. Our client in the Appleton area has an immediate need for a Quality Coordinator. You will be responsible for quality inspection, receipt of incoming fabricated parts within a manufacturing environment. You will be working hand in hand with purchasing department, manufacturing engineers, to improve quality, reduce costs, and maintain a safe work environment. Successful candidates will have experience with CMM (Coordinate Measure Machine) and other precision measuring tools to ensure incoming parts meets critical specifications. Your focus will be to continually improve lead time on parts.
Qualifications:
- Quality Inspection
- CMM experience
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools
- Inspection experience of incoming products
